The Houston Hurricanes are the First of Five Organizations, to Accept an Invitation into the Houston Region, of the Newly formed World Scout League.
The World Finals will Provide the Most Talented Teams, in a Single World Series Bracket, in the Nation. It will Instantly rank as one of the most highly scouted tournaments in the Country.
